Registration is now open for ISWTA 2024!
The ISWTA 2024 event is scheduled to take place on 20 July 2024 – 21 July 2024, in person. However, participants who are unable to travel overseas will have the option to present their work remotely and participate virtually.

The ISWTA committee is happy to send an invitation letter to conference participants who need it for their visa application. In order to request a letter of invitation, please contact ISWTA 2024 secretary at ieee.iswta@gmail.com

Malaysian participants who are presenting papers are required to attend the conference in person.

Registration Entitlements
Physical participants

1. Admission to all technical sessions and keynote speech on 21 July 2024.
2. Admission to lunch, and coffee breaks on 21 July 2024.
3. ISWTA 2024 goodie bag, including proceeding materials in digital copy and certificate of attendance.

Virtual participants
​
1. Admission to all technical sessions on 21 July 2024 via Webex Meetings.
2. Proceeding materials and certificate of attendance in digital copy.

Notices:
​
1. The fees are exclusive of bank transfer charges.
2. The receipts will be given out during event registration for physical presenters. For virtual presenters, the receipts will be given out post-conference. Nevertheless, you can request receipts from the ISWTA 2024 finance chair without having to wait until after the conference.
3. Each registration allows one participant to attend.
4. A normal registration covers between 4-6 pages. Extra pages will be chargeable at USD50 per page to a maximum of 8 pages.
5. If someone wishes to register several papers, to enjoy the additional paper discount, he/she should contact the ISWTA finance chair. The finance chair will then authorize the payment in the registration system. The finance chair can be contacted at ieee.iswta@gmail.com.
6. Payment through local order will not be accepted

IEEE No-Show Policy

Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on no-show. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one of the authors and their representatives MUST PRESENT their paper at the conference, either by appearing physically or online, as determined by the organizer.
​
Papers with no-show participants without a valid reason will not be submitted to IEEExplore. No refund of the paid fees may be claimed by the no-show author.
